💼 We’re Hiring: Customer Hub Representative – Sharjah/Dubai

Ultimate HR Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Hub Representative to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment in Sharjah/Dubai. If you’re bilingual (Arabic & English), have a passion for customer service, and are ready to contribute to a professional and high-performing team, this opportunity is for you!

📍 Location: Sharjah/Dubai

💰 Salary: AED 6,500/month
🗣️ Language Requirement: Bilingual – Arabic & English

🔹 Role Overview:

As a Customer Hub Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers via email and chat, providing timely and accurate responses. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and supporting business goals through cross-selling and upselling techniques.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional, one-reply resolution to customer inquiries

  • Utilize Salesforce Knowledge Management to provide accurate information

  • Record all interactions and ensure detailed documentation

  • Take full ownership of customer cases from inquiry to resolution

  • Assist with sales through basic cross- and up-selling

  • Collaborate with the Customer Hub Operations team

  • Adhere to shift schedules and meet assigned deadlines

  • Provide constructive feedback and customer suggestions to supervisors

🔸 Requirements:

  • High school diploma (minimum)

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Team-oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency
