Are you organized, proactive, and customer-focused? Beauty Tribe is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Service cum Operations Assistant to join our growing team in Al Quoz, Dubai!

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic company where you'll wear multiple hats, contribute to smooth daily operations, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

📍 Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

🕒 Position: Full-Time
💰 Salary: AED 3,500

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy

  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery

  • Manage returns, exchanges, and gather customer feedback

  • Support with inventory checks, order tracking, and assist in operational reporting

  • Maintain accurate records and help with admin tasks as needed

🔹 We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or admin/operations support

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and handle deadlines under pressure

  • Familiarity with order management systems is a plus

  • A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset
