🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 3 years of telesales experience in medical, dental, or aesthetic services
✅ Proven ability to build rapport with patients over the phone
✅ Skilled in lead conversion, follow-ups, and closing appointments
✅ Energetic, professional, and goal-driven personality
✅ Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred)
✅ Knowledge of medical services and patient care processes
📞 Role Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound inquiries and generate outbound calls to potential patients

Explain treatment options, educate patients, and guide them through services

Handle objections with patience and professionalism

Book consultations, track leads, and manage follow-up activities

Maintain CRM records and assist in hitting monthly sales targets
